Wherever we look, we only see calls for change. Whether in changing consumption patterns, the reorganization of cities and metropolis, how we move in everyday life or how we should enjoy free spaces. The reference to a social reconstruction is less often where the weaknesses they have made (and do) always make) of the most fragile among us the greatest victims of this and other "pandemics". But it is clear that this is also an inevitable topic in the broad discussion of "our common future" that is now starting.
Deep crises should not be wasted in what they can offer for a decontaminated fresh start of what disturbed us (often without realizing it), allowing us to put into practice ideas, dreams or theories, whether personal or those that only circulated in means Restricted and airtight. It is with enthusiasm that the MetroGov3C project aims to feed this current by bringing us the utopias, but also, unfortunately, the dystopies that are discussed today in cities and metropolis of the world, seen by those who feel them and live.
The "Metropolis at Home" will make us feel even more, citizens of the world. You are therefore invited to attend the first session of the MetroGov3C e-metropolis series - the post-Covid-19 (June 2, 18:00, via Facebook and Youtube) - which will put the cities in dialogue From São Paulo and Porto, where guests will have the opportunity to share with us, as if a conversation around a table were, the changes that have taken place in their cities, how this emergency governance worked or what signs we can already detect what the metropolitan destination will be.

Their success in this task meant greater competitiveness with the increase of qualified employment and reduction of social inequalities.

Objectives
MetroGov3c | Governance in Lisbon Metropolitan Area in a context of conflict project is designed to face the challenge of institutional weakening in a metropolitan context, contributing to increase the effectiveness of the public policies applied at this scale and at a lower scale, as well as to improve the efficiency in the use of scarce resources which all societies today are facing.
MetroGov3c is structured in a set of 6 objectives that, in turn, will be expressed in tasks and subtasks. The objectives
are organized according to the three temporal dimensions: past, present and future.
