OBJECTIVE 5
To assess scenarios of territorial, sectoral and structural issues in the metropolitan area of Lisbon that result from the systematization of the futures contained in the multiple strategic and guidance documents in force in the LMA, as well as, resulting from the combination of the evolution of different critical factors.
OBJECTIVE 6
Establish a set of guidelines aimed at building a metropolitan governance framework that integrates the territorial, sectoral and topical levels.
