Understand the diversity of governance models adopted in metropolises of Southern European countries, seeking to highlight the most convergent aspects with the Portuguese reality and the LMA in particular.
OBJECTIVE 4
To grasp the existing framework of the LMA arising from the current governance structures, the constellation of actors present, the current legal framework and the global challenges that are particularly acute at the local, metropolitan and regional levels.
