OBJECTIVE 1
To understand the state of the art with respect to the conceptual aspects of the territorial and metropolitan governance, as well as to gather knowledge on the types of metropolitan governance models that the technical and scientific literature proposes.
OBJECTIVE 2
To learn from the governance models developed for the AML in the last two decades in the academic,technical and political fields and, above all, to identify the causes of their implementation difficulties.
